The content contained in this ginger, among others, essential oil 0.82-1.66%; starch content was 55.10%, fibre content was 6.89% and ash content was 6.6 - 7.5%. This ginger has a large, flowery rhizome, yellowish-white with a diameter of 8.47 - 8.50 cm, less sharp aroma, height and length of rhizome 6.20-11.30 and 15.83-32.75 cm, light green leaf color.
