Tahitian Vanilla Beans Grade A

Tahitian vanilla comes from a cross between Vanilla planifolia and Vanilla odorata. These two species differ in appearance and taste. The result of the cross between the two produces a vanilla variant with a floral, fruity, sweet and mild soft flavor profile with a higher oil and water content. In addition, Tahitian Vanilla Beans Grade B has a shorter, wider, and flatter characteristic. In addition, this vanilla has a length of 13-15 cm, moisture 28-30% (juicy and oily), vanillin level of 1.1% which means it is quite high with an indication that the vanilla is really ripe when picked. The higher the vanillin level, the stronger the aroma and taste. Tahitian Vanilla Beans are usually used to mix sweet foods such as bakery, ice cream, and others. In addition, it can be used as a cosmetic ingredient.
Each 1 kg of black or dark brown vanilla is packaged using a vacuum sealed plastic bag or wax paper (you can request as desired). The shelf life of this vanilla is <2 years.

2. not exposed to sunlight (can become dry)
3. Stored in a cool and dark place to keep moisture
