Industrial Grades are used in polymer and plastic industries and are tailored with respect to boiling point distribution and viscosity characteristics. The characteristics of the oil impart good plasticization effect on the finished product while ensuring retention of oil within the polymer. It is non-toxic and environmentally friendly, and has good compatibility with rubber. It is particularly suitable for EPDM and butyl rubbers, Non-polar rubber such as natural rubber and thermoplastic rubber.

Melamine is an organic compound that is often combined with formaldehyde to produce melamine resin, a synthetic polymer that is fire resistant and heat tolerant. Resin is a versatile material that has a highly stable structure. Melamine can be easily molded while warm but will set into a fixed form, which makes it suitable for certain industrial applications. This compound is considered safe for its normal uses, but food products that are contaminated with it can be unsafe for consumption.

Application: Melamine is mainly used for high-pressure decorative laminates such as Formica, melamine dinnerware, kitchen worktops, furniture, laminate flooring, adhesives for board materials such as particle board (chipboard), MDF (medium-density fibreboard) and plywood, oriented strand board (OSB) and laminated veneer timber (LVT).

Dadmac (Quaternary Ammonium Monomer)

DADMAC is a high purity, aggregated, quaternary ammonium salt and high charge density cationic monomer. Its appearance is colorless and transparent liquid without an irritating smell. DADMAC can be dissolved in water very easily. There is alkenyl double bond in the molecular structure and can form linear homopolymer and all kinds of copolymers by various polymerization reaction. The features of DADMAC are: very stable in normal temperature, unhydrolyzed and noninflammable, low irritation to skins and low toxicity.



Use:

It can be used as cationic monomer to produce mono-polymer or co-polymers with other monomers. The polymers can be used as formaldehyde-free color-fixing agent in the textile dyeing and finishing auxiliaries, film forming on the fabric and improve the color fastness; In paper-making additives can be used as retention agent, paper coating anti-static agent, AKD sizing promoter; Can be used in decoloring flocculation in the process of water treatment and purification with high efficiency and non-toxic;In daily chemicals, can be used as shampoo combing agent, wetting agent and the anti-static agent; In oilfield chemicals can be used as clay stabilizer, cationic additive in acid and fracturing fluid and so on. Its main role is electric neutralization, adsorption, flocculation, cleaning, decoloring, especially assynthetic resin modifier for conductivity and anti-static property.

PVC is a polymer formed by the polymerization of vinyl chloride monomer (VCM) with initiators such as peroxides and azo compounds, or by the free radical polymerization mechanism under the action of light and heat.

Product application:
PVC is widely used. PVC has two types: hard (sometimes abbreviated as RPVC) and soft. Hard polyvinyl chloride is used for building pipes, doors and windows. It is also used to manufacture plastic bottles, packaging, bank cards, or membership cards. Adding plasticizers can make PVC softer and more elastic. It can be used for pipeline, cable insulation, flooring, signage, phonograph records, inflatable products, and rubber substitutes.

DMDM hydantoin is a preservative in cosmetics and personal care products. It works by slowing and preventing spoilage in products such as shampoos and hair conditioners, and in skin care products like moisturizers and makeup foundations. This is a formaldehyde-releasing agent and may cross reaction in formaldehyde sensitive individuals. Other applications include uses in Adhesives, Antiarrhythmic agents, Anticonvulsive agents, Color photography, Copy Paper, Cutting oils, Floor waxes, Inks, Latex paints, and Polymers.

Application

4. It has good compatibility with resin and low volatility, with a general dosage of 0.1% -1%. It has a good synergistic effect when combined with a small amount of 4,4 '- thiobis.
