C. PRICING:
Offer valid : 5days.

1. The Buyer signs, seals and sends back FCO to the Seller within max. 48 hours.
2. Buyer issues ICPO to Seller
3. The Seller issues the draft Contract and sends to the Buyer.
4. The Buyer returns the draft Contract, with any amendments to the Seller within 48 hours.
5. The Seller reviews and confirms any changes made by the Buyer. If acceptable, issues the final Contract and sends to the Buyer.
6. The Buyer returns the final, agreed, signed, sealed within 48 hours
7. The Contract is executed
8. The main amount of delivery volume is to be executed by the terms set out above in Seller�?�¢??s favour, after documents received, as Clause E, within 24 hours. The next deliveries are guaranteed and paid the same way as above.
9. A Proforma Invoice will be issued to the buyer for the purchase
