Cardamom

Cardamom is one of the world's very ancient spices. It is native to the East originating in the forests of the western ghats in southern India, where it grows wild.
Indian cardamom is unique because it requires warm humid climate, loamy soil rich in organic matter, distributed rainfall, special cultivation and processing methods.
The harvest season of the cardamom in India is between August and February. It reaches its yielding stage two years after planting
