Sugar Icumsa 600/1200

Known as brown sugar, Icumsa 600-1200 is 100% raw refined and is produced after the first crystallization of sugar cane. This sugar is thicker than white sugar, known as Icumsa 45, and its color is brownish. Raw brown sugar from sugar cane, when fully refined, contains about 70% white sugar.

enclosed below is our Export order terms:

1. Buyer issues an updated and targeted LOI/ICPO (Seller of Ultimate) with import license;
2. Seller shall issue a Full Corporate Offer (FCO) to buyer to accept sign and return to seller;
3. The seller shall issue the Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) to buyer;
3. The buyer confirms the SPA (signature and seal) return to seller;
4. The supplier returns the SPA (signature and seal);
5. Upon lodging of signed contract with banks, buyer's bank shall
issue via swift an irrevocable transferable cash backed stanby letter of credit, fully funded operative documentary letter of credit, or irrevocable transferable divisible standby letter of credit issued by top bank, to seller's bank within five (5) banking days after executing the SPA.
6. After seller's bank has received the letter of credit and confirmed is good working order, seller shall start transporting product to the loading port to be loaded onto Chartered Vessel within twenty (20) days.
