Theaoson zinc coating spray is composed of aerosol can, aerosol valve, paint liquid and propellant. This product uses bright silver powder imported from Germany. Application
It is suitable for color changing and anti-corrosion treatment of stainless steel, carbon steel, galvanized parts and other metal parts.

Base material to prepare
Clean the oil, dust and water stains thoroughly before use, and polish or spray primer on the base material if necessary.



Instructions:
Before use, you must shake up, down, left, and right, and continue to shake the can for about 1 minute after hearing the sound of glass to ensure that the paint liquid is fully mixed and even.

15 ~ 30cm away from the surface of the object to be sprayed, press the nozzle with the index finger to spray uniformly back and forth.

When a small amount of remaining liquid cannot be sprayed, please rotate the nozzle 180 �° and spray again.

If spraying is not finished one time, put the can upside down before storage, press the nozzle for about three seconds, and clean the nozzle to prevent plugging.



Ending working
After spraying, it should be placed in a clean and ventilated environment for about 12 hours.

If it is not sprayed, the remaining material needs to be kept away from the light, and avoid being near fire sources.

The solution of normal problem


1. Paint film whitening: It is recommended to avoid rainy days (especially high temperature and high humidity) and the next day after continuous rain.

2. Shut up: shake evenly and spray for 3 seconds or change nozzle.

3. Spray up: low temperatures suggest using 50 â?? warm water to heat up, one-time finish spray, spray avoid angle 45 degrees.

4. Flow: use the correct spraying distance (15-25cm) and spray movement speed (30-60cm/s) to avoid a thick spray.

5. Bite bottom: remove the bottom part of the bite, fill the bottom ash, and then spray the paint after the coating is dry and flat.
