USED RAIL PROCEDURE Loading Port: Jeddah Port
MOQ: 30,000 tons per month x 12 month contract, pricing: $290 USD per ton
Offer 1: 50,000 tons per month x 12 month contract, pricing: $275 USD per ton.
Offer 2: 100,000 tons per month x 12 month contract, pricing: $255 USD per ton.

Process Flow:-
1. Buyer issues the LOI and other docs.. Documents required along with LOI.... BCL (MT705-draft LC), registration copy, Passport copy of the person singing the LOI
2. Seller issue official commercial offer.
3. Seller sends the invoice + signed and stamped contract to the buyer.
4. Buyer issues pre advice including all terms and conditions through confirmed bank swift to the sellerâ??s bank.
5. Seller confirmed the pre -advice swift.
6. Buyer issues ICPO and DLC as SPA.
7. Shipping starts within 7 days of confirmation by DLC as per SPA.
8. Seller provides all shipping documents as per SPA for opening the DLC and sending it to the buyer.
9. SGS or equivalent at discharge port for quantity and quality at sellerâ??s expense.
10. After the inspection is performed, the goods are received; the documents are signed and delivered to the buyer to release shipping value.
Performance Bond: The seller commits to release 2% of the value of the shipment as bank guarantee to the buyer bank after receiving DLC bank.
Mode of Payment: MT700.
Important note: Once the discussion is done with the buyer and buyer is ok with the ð???SOP,
Seller's registered vendor will share the address for LOI along with details of documents that need to be furnished to line up a Table / Zoom meeting between the buyer and the registered vendor from the seller's side.
