WORKING TRANSACTION PROCEDURE:
â?¢ Buyer issues LOI addressed to the Seller
â?¢ Seller issues FCO.
â?¢ Buyer sign FCO and issues /ICPO.
â?¢ Seller issues Draft Contract for review and signature.
â?¢ Buyer send back the Draft Contract Approved and Signed or with Amendments to be approved by
seller.
â?¢ Buyer issues agreed DRAFT of MT700 bank to bank (only 20% of full amount)
â?¢ Seller confirms and issues Pro-forma invoice and issue pop (proof of product) to the BUYER,
SGS/Q&Q, certificate of Oregon, ownership, videos. All from SELLER bank to BUYER bank.
Buyer issues agreed LC (MT 700) bank to bank
Buyer is permitted to VISIT LOADING PORT for the SGS Inspection before loading and shipment.
PB (performance bound) 2% as bank guarantee to the BUYER Via swift.
Shipments will commence as scheduled in the contract.
Payment Method:
1-LC MT 700 IRREFOCABLE, CONFIRMED, TRANSFERABLE, AT SIGHT WITH 20% AMOUNT OF OUR COMMERCIAL INVOICE.
