Important:
- For shipments by AIRPLANE the prices will be increased by 1.95 euros per box of 100 units.
- For ship shipments, prices will be increased by 0.25 euros per box of 100 units.
- We can deliver the merchandise CIF (at destination Customs) or DDP (at your warehouse). Delivery times:
- 25/30 days by boat
- 5/7 days by plane Way to pay:
- Option 1: Bank transfer (immediate shipment). 50% will be delivered upon confirmation of the order and the remaining 50% at the time of delivery at origin (1% discount).
- Option 2: 30% upon confirmation of the order and the remaining 70% with Irrevocable and transferable Letter of Credit (processing time approximately 7/10 days). This option is for small quantities.
- Option 3: 100% Irrevocable, confirmed and transferable letter of credit. Only for large quantities.
- Option 4: Opening an Escrow Account. This option is only valid in Spain (processing time 3/5 days).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The buyer sends L.O.I. To the seller.
2. The seller sends the contract to the buyer.
3. The buyer accepts, signs and seals the agreement.
4. Delivery time: between 7/10 working days by plane and 25/30 days by ship. Control: SGS, BUREAU VERITAS
5. Minimum order and Stock: Ask for each product
6. In Spain they will be prices + VAT (outside Spain no VAT is charged) PAYMENT METHODS:
Option 1 -50% upon order confirmation and 50% upon shipment (Discount 1%) Option 2 - Irrevocable and transferable letter of credit for large amounts.
Option 3: 30% upon confirmation of the order and the remaining 70% upon removal of the merchandise at origin, for small quantities.

Option 4 - Possibility of ESCROW account also for large quantities (only in Spain)

- In Any Case, Payments Will Always Be Released At The Time Of Removal Of The Goods At Origin, Prior Control By Sgs.
