Application:
Straw kneading machine can rub and cut rice straw, wheat straw, peanut and sweet potato seedling, green and dry weeds, corn straw, cotton straw, thorns, branches, all kinds of bark and other materials can be well adapted to the kneading and crushing of dry straw and green straw at the same time. The processed forage has soft texture, fine crushing, good palatability, high intake, and easier chewing

The machine adopts double power control system: the main shaft rotor is directly driven by 11 - 18.5kw motor through the belt pulley and V-belt, which is responsible for cutting and rolling the straw; the 2.2kW motor drives the feed roller through the cycloid pin wheel reducer, belt pulley and belt, which is responsible for the flattening and feeding of straw. 2.2kW motor is controlled by steering switch, which can realize forward and reverse rotation. Feeding and kneading do not affect each other, so the driving rate is high, the production efficiency is high, and the kneading effect is good.
