The housing is designed to prevent explosion by containing any heat, sparks or flames generated. This prevents potentially explosive atmosphere or materials outside the equipment ignited. SHF800 is equipped with wiper to keep the glass clean. It accommodates most camera / lens combinations with sunshield and wiper matched.
