It reduces the pressure of the gas coming out from the cars LPG tank to degraduate to the necessary level needed and at the same time, through the cycling of hot water inside the reducer, they provide the LPG to the switch completely to gas phase. The security coil helps to stop the gas. It works between 0-3 bars of pressure. Our reducers are two types as with coil and without coil. Both types include a filter inside which is very easy to change. Since it has tiny structure, it provides the chance to be installed very easily and the arms are metal, so, it does not get deformed.

The working principle of sequential systems are based on the pressure. Some of the information needs to be transferred to the electronic control system(ECU). These informations are provided by the sensors. When the information is converted to the mathematical data,then, the electronic control unit has the control over these information. At this point, the MAP Sensor measures the pressure values. It measures the reducer pressure together with inside pressure of manifold, exhibiting the delta pressure for adjusting tunning settings for the poor/rich mixture. It is also a piece which could sense the defect that can be caused by the decrease in the pressure or when the gas runs out, it switches to fuel. We have two types of MAP Sensors as version 1 and version 2.

The elecronic control unit works exactly same way with the original electronic control units of the cars when running on gas. The electronic control unit (ECU) checks signals coming from gasoline injectors, the pressure and the heat of the reducer and also the pressure of suction manifold to calculate the optimum gas needed for each cylinder. Our ECUs which have an import software are two types (version 1 and version 2) which are suitable for 4,6 and 8 cylinder cars. It provides a perfect tunning option for turbo and full group cars. They are metal cased and in black color. These softwares which provide highly sensitive calibration opportunity are resistant to mobile phone signals and high temperature.

CIF TRANSACTING PROCEDURE

1. Buyer issues CP, ICPO inserting sellers terms and procedures.
2. Seller issues draft contract/SPA which is open for amendments.
3. Buyer returns the signed draft contract with NCNDA/IMFPA and a letter of guarantee to perform.
4. Seller submits the signed SPA for registration and legalization with the appropriate authorities.
5. Seller sends the below listed partial pop documents to buyer via mail.
A. statement of availability of product
B. commitment to supply the product
C. certificate of origin
D. Product Passport
6. Buyer within 7 banking days issues DLC swift MT700 or SBLC swift MT760 according to Seller's fiduciary bank verbiage to seller nominated fiduciary offshore bank account for first month shipment, and whereby buyer fail to issue payment instrument within 7 banking days, buyer will make cash deposit of $290, 000 by TT wire transfer for allocation and security guarantee to enable seller charter vessel and commence shipment, and this payment shall be deducted from the total cost of product after inspection at discharge port.
7. Seller bank issues the full set of proof of product (pop) and shipping document with 2%pb (performance bond) to buyers bank. QQ Certificate & Product passport docs, all will be issued on time.
8. Shipment commences immediately as scheduled in the contract.
9. Buyer pays for the total product value via TT/MT103 to the seller's bank after successful SGS/CIQ inspection at discharge port and tittle of product ownership transferred to buyer.
10. Seller pays all intermediaries involved in transaction as per signed NCNDA/IMFPA within 72 hours.
