Sodium Silicate is an inorganic chemical wherein its formulations vary depending on amount of Na2O and SiO2. This compound is well known as Water Glass in industries.

Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic grating is made by interlacing glass fibers and molded by

FRP pultruded grating has the most characteristics of molded grating, but it has its distinct advantages, it has very high fiberglass content in the loading direction, so it has very high load capability, it has more superiority when used at wide span, so that the basic support will be decreased and the project cost will be reduced accordingly.
The product is a structural plate which uses high-strength E-Glass roving as reinforcing material, thermosetting resin as matrix and then cast and formed on a special metal mold. It provides properties such as: light in weight, high strength, corrosion resistance, fire resistance, solid and anti-skid,.

The allowed deviation of length is +0/-5mm, while the allowed deviation of width is +/-5 mm. The non-perpendicularity of bearing bar is allowed no more than 10% of width of bearing bar. Cross bar surface should not surpass bearing bar surface 1mm, beginning & end of cross bar should not surpass the end surfaces of two sides of grating 2mm.

Applications
Steel grating is widely used for work platforms. Catwalks, transportation
servicing areas and vehicle steps.

Gratings provide a surface but allow air, light, heat, sound and water to pass through. It is strong and durable and maintenance-free.
Electro Forged Gratings are manufactured using Electro Forged machine with the flexibility and capacity of welding an extensive range of bearing bar of size from 25*3 mm up to 50*5 mm and crossbar size from 6 mm to 8 mm"
Pultrusion profile is a kind of compound materials which is formed by taking fiberglass as the reinforced material, and taking thermosetting resin as base, the fiberglass continuous roving enable the product to have the extremely high longitudinal strength, the fiberglass mat (continuous strand mat, knitted mat and so on) makes the product have the good transverse strength. The thermosetting resin base is usually the unsaturated polyester resin, the vinyl resin, or the epoxy resin and the phenolic resin, the resin base enable the product to have the good anti-corrosion property, the different resin enables the product to be suitable for various corrosion environment, to add the ultraviolet inhibitor and fire retardant may enable the product to have the outstanding anti-aging property and the different rank anti-flammable property.
