Alphonso Mango is often referred to as the king of mangoes because of its taste and color. These fruits approximately weigh between 150gm and 300gm each. It is also one of the most expensive kinds of mango and is grown mainly in South and Central part of India. This variety of mango is known to contain nutrients, such as vitamins A, C & D. Screening and separation is performed to make pulp free from particles, Impurities. Subsequent processing to make Commercial sterilization to ensure safety & composition is as per international food safety and standards. Overall processing is done by maintaining strict hygienic conditions throughout the processing line.
