FOB TANK TO TANK AND TANK TO VESSEL

1. Buyer issues an Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO), Document POF, in line with Seller's procedure and Tank Storage Agreement (TSA) or Charter Party Agreement (CPA) as proof of their Storage tank or Storage vessel availability or buyer extends seller tank.

2. Seller reviews buyers ICPO and TSA/CPA and if accepted, Seller issues Partial POP documents :
A. Commercial Invoice
B. Commitment Letter to Supply
C. Statement of Product Availability
D. Product Passport (Q and Q report) of the product in Tanks at the port.

3. Upon receipt of the endorsed Commercial Invoice, the seller issues the Unconditional Dip Test Authorization (UDTA) which must be endorsed by the buyer and his logistics to enable the seller to issue the remaining PPOP document such as :
a. Fresh SGS Report (Not older than 72 hours) on the buyers company name
b. Loading Port Injection Report (PIR)
c. Certificate of Origin
d. Tank Storage Receipt (TSR)
e. Authority to Sell & Collect (ATSC)

4. Upon successfully verifying the Full POP documents, the Buyer orders his/her SGS agent or its equivalent team to conduct a Dip test on the product in the Sellers tank at the buyers expense.

5. Following the completion of the Dip Test, the buyer provides his/her storage receipt (TSR) or (Q88) to the Seller, injection commences into the buyer's leased storage tanks or vessel and upon completion of the injection, the seller issues to buyer the full Injection Report.

6. Seller issues and endorses NCNDA/IMFPA duly signed by all parties and Buyer makes 100% payment by MT103 TT wire transfer for the total value of the product and Seller pays commission to all intermediaries involved in the transaction within 24 hours upon confirmation of buyer's payment.

7. Seller Issues Draft Sales Purchase Agreement (SPA) to the buyer to review for R&E monthly deliveries.

8. Buyer reviews and approves the SPA and issues SBLC/IRDLC irrevocable, non-transferable, autorevolving for 12 monthly shipment value and documentary letter of credit for the length of the contractand each lift per schedule. Buyer pays after dip test by MT103 Wire transfer on each monthly quantity.

9. The subsequent delivery shall commence according to the terms and conditions of the contract.
