The Buyer must send the CIS + RWA proving its financial capacity to issue the DLC in the expected purchase amount.

Important:
We do not issue SPA without proof of the buyer's financial capacity.

For negotiations to be successful, the Buyer's Bank must have banking communication already established with JP Morgan or Emirates NBD.
