/YS.602 is an environmentally friendly electroless nickel-phosphorus plating solution suitable for iron, steel, stainless steel, copper, zinc alloys, aluminum alloys, and various non-metallic materials. It produces a bright coating with 7-11% phosphorus, excellent corrosion resistance, strong adhesion, and good bath stability. No electroplating equipment or electricity is required; the process uses controlled temperature. The three-agent system (A, B, C) is prepared with water at the specified ratios and operated at 90 3C, pH 4.7 0.2. Proper degreasing, polishing, activation, and rinsing are essential before plating. Regular pH and nickel-ion testing, filtration, temperature control, and replenishment help maintain bath performance and coating consistency.
