Inspection and Supply Procedure
We require the seller to follow the mirror procedure:
- The seller shall issue a Soft Company Offer (SCO) based on our Letter of Intent (LOI);
- We shall confirm the SCO parameters;
- The seller shall provide the final contract (SPA) including complete bank information;
- We shall sign the contract and submit financial documents (BCL, POF);
- The seller shall provide Proof of Purchase (POP), including TSR, DTA, ATSC, and the latest SGS report;
- For FOB terms: joint inspection and dip test for liquid level measurement; for CIF terms: supervision during loading;
- Completion of payment
