Salt solution: 5% NaCl (ultra-pure water preparation, conductivity ≤5μS/cm, pH 6.5-7.2)
Atomization capacity: 1.0~2.0mL/(h·80cm²) (ultrasonic atomization technology, particle size 1-5μm)
Temperature control accuracy: 35℃±1℃ (temperature difference of multiple points in the box ≤±0.5℃)
Compound cycle model
Dry and wet alternate: spray 2h → dry 4h (40℃/30%RH) → wet 18h (50℃/95%RH)
Acid strengthening: Optional pH 3.5 acetic acid solution (simulate industrial pollution environment)
2. Sample preparation and evaluation criteria
1. Sample pretreatment
Cutting specification: The effective test area is ≥50cm², and the edge is treated with waterproof wax seal
Surface simulation: Artificial sweat (ISO 3160-2 formulation) pre-treated for 24h
