2. COMMERCIAL & PAYMENT TERMS
• Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): 1 x 40'HC Container (25 Metric Tons)
• Payment Terms: 50% Down Payment upon contract & PI signing, 50% balance upon 100% production/packaging completion prior to container loading.
• Price Validity: 14 days from the date of this quotation (Valid until October 26, 2026).
3. SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS & QUALITY ASSURANCE
Every shipment is backed by strict factory quality control and comprehensive documentation:
• Certificate of Analysis (COA) per batch
• Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS)
• Certificate of Origin (COO)
• SHT (Self-Heating Test / Non-Dangerous Goods Certification)
• Commercial Invoice & Packing List
