Raw materials and fabric accessories are checked thoroughly at source for consistency in shades, shrinkage, and width. A pre-production meet is held to ensure required machinery are deployed to meet production targets and quality standards. This is augmented by an inline, midline and final inspection system. The final product is inspected by a quality team which is aptly trained and ensures international quality standards or as per client's requirements. For certain client we even do 100% inspection from 3rd party.
