Application:
Wet: Wet hands with clean, running water (warm or cold).
Soap: Apply soap and lather well.

Dry: Dry hands using a clean towel or air dryer.

Application
Wet hands with water: add small amount of soap concentrated or diluted. Work up lather by rubbing
