When applied in the form of liquid by being mixed with and dissolved into water, Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer concrete admixture (Powder) can be changed into liquid of which density varies from 10% to 40%. In order to optimize the dosage, experiments are required before the adoption of it or changing of the cement type.
2. Recommended dosage: 0.2% of the weight of cementitious material in 1m3 of concrete.
3. Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer concrete admixture (Powder) can be added into cement paste together with water or after mixing, while the latter approach is preferred.
4. The quantity of water must be strictly controlled when Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer concrete admixture (Powder) is applied, since slump loss of concrete is closely related to it.
