The fertilizer must be REACH certified or you must have appointed a "Sole Representative," compliant with the European regulation on heavy metals (as per the appendix), with actual and verified CO2 emissions certification (CBAM) and CE conformity certification. It must also be accompanied by a detailed commercial invoice, bill of lading (BL), inspection certificate, packing list, certificate of origin, certificate of analysis (COA), and material safety data sheet (MSDS).
It should be preferably packaged in 25 kg bags on pallets for pallet trucks, wrapped in shrink wrap, with our brand and label in at least Italian with all the mandatory information (which we will provide to you). Delivered in containers to the ports of Augusta (Catania), Palermo, or Pozzallo (Ragusa), delivered to our customer's address, accompanied by SGS or Bureau Veritas or similar certification, Incoterm DAP, CIF, or CIP, payment by escrow account or letter of credit.
