Specifications:
Universal Model (all body lengths 2,800–4,000 mm)
Telescopic hydraulic cylinder – single universal model -- Telescopic hydraulic cylinder – single universal model
End-of-stroke limiter / limit switch device (electric switch) - MANDATORY – stops tipping at set angle regardless of body length | Must be adjustable to set correct tipping angle for bodies 2,800–4,000 mm | Integrated into cylinder or external mechanical/electrical limit device | When activated: cuts hydraulic pressure / closes solenoid to stop extension | Ref: current EU supplier = 18 € | Include: 2D drawing, adjustment procedure, electrical connection diagram
Hose burst valve (explosion-proof / anti-drop safety valve) -- Prevents uncontrolled lowering if hose fails | Inline or integrated in cylinder sleeve | Rated 200 bar | Thread: G 1/2" BSP | Ref: Penta option sleeve B6G012043 | Include if not already in item 1.1
Cylinder Mounting System
Cradle / balancing bracket – 3-way tipping -- For 3-way tipping: rear / left side / right side | Heavy-duty welded steel | Max load capacity: = 11 tonnes | Allows body rotation left–right and front–rear at ±30° | SINGLE model compatible with item 1.1 cylinder base | Ref: Penta cradle A5L080001 (L120 series): 11.5 kg, max 11 ton, footprint ~360×280 mm | Include 2D drawing with bolt pattern, pin dimensions
Cylinder support pair (upper clamp brackets) - integrated in the cradle - Pair of clamps to support cylinder body on sub-frame | Fit cylinder outer Ø (match item 1.1) | Bolt-on, no welding | Ref: Penta A70045001 (L120 series) | Include 2D drawing
Cradle support pair (lower pivot brackets) -- Cradle support pair (lower pivot brackets)
Ball seat (top cylinder mount – welded to tipper body) -- Ball seat (top cylinder mount – welded to tipper body)
Bottom mounting pin (cylinder lower pivot) - Hardened steel | Ø 40 or 45 mm (specify) | Zinc plated | Include cotter pin + flat washer locking set
3. Hydraulic Connections & Plumbing
Main high-pressure hydraulic hose – pre-crimped assembly - Length: 3,000 mm (fixed ± 50 mm) | Min working pressure: 250 bar | Burst pressure: = 1,000 bar | Construction: 2-braid SAE 100R2 / EN 853 2SN | End fittings: G 1/2" BSP female swivel both ends | PRE-CRIMPED – not loose hose | NOTE: current EU system makes hoses on site – this kit must include pre-made fixed length
90° elbow BSP fitting – cylinder connection -- G 1/2" BSP male × G 1/2" BSP female swivel | 90° | Min 200 bar
Straight BSP fitting – tank/valve connection -- G 1/2" BSP male × G 1/2" BSP female swivel | Straight | Min 200 bar
Suction hose – tank to pump (large bore) -- Inner Ø: 38–40 mm | Length: 400–600 mm (specify) | Oil-resistant rubber | Pre-cut to length | Ref: current EU: 18 €/m, Ø 40 mm inside diameter
Suction hose clamps × 2 -- Heavy-duty worm drive | Size: match Ø40 mm suction hose
