Letter issued by the manufacturer of the procured goods to the prospective supplier:
– on the quality of previously produced goods or a technical description of the goods, if this item has not been previously manufactured by this producer;
– on guaranteed supply of the goods to the prospective supplier within a timeframe sufficient for that supplier to deliver to the Customer;
– on guaranteed supply to the prospective supplier of goods in the volumes and quality specified in the tender documentation;
– a copy of the permit for application of the technical device, issued under the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Civil Protection” by the competent authority;
– availability of positiv
