Our requirement, without making any changes to the current system, we need to bring down the temperature of soya sauce to 30°C (current Output is 40°C), the limitation we have on cooling the soya sauce is we cannot cool the sauce instantly as it affects the taste of the sauce. So, what our plan is to establish another heat exchanger and pass the soya sauce through that to achieve the desired temperature (30°C)
If you see here in the process the soya sauce starts from silo in 100°C and passes through 2 heat exchangers and gives an output temperature of 40°C (soya sauce), now the plan is to adding one more heat exchanger and bringing down the temperature of soya sauce to 30°C with the help of 3 heat exchangers.
