The box should be a white rigid magnetic closure box with a continuous hinged lid, with custom printing on the outside and inside of the lid. Inside, we require a dark charcoal, premium fine-cell foam insert with custom cutouts for an A5 operator manual, a small metal accessory box and a thank-you card. We are looking for a very clean and high-quality foam finish rather than coarse protective packaging foam. Fine-cell XLPE/IXPE or high-quality EVA may be suitable, and we would be interested in seeing samples of the materials you recommend. The packaging also has a second compartment underneath the upper insert for A4 documentation. The upper foam layer should therefore be removable using a pull tab. Beneath it is a structural separator and a second foam layer containing the A4 document compartment. We also have proper CAD drawings with exact dimensions and cutout geometry, so the concept image should only be considered a visual reference for the design and overall appearance. Could you please let me know:- Whether you can manufacture the complete box including the custom foam inserts- Which premium fine-cell foam materials you can offer- Your MOQ and estimated unit prices for 100 / 250 / 500 pcs- Cost and lead time for one fully customized pre-production sample- Production lead time after sample approval- Whether you can manufacture the foam directly from our CAD/DXF drawingsHigh quality and consistency are important to us, as this packaging will be delivered directly to our customers together with our equipment. I have also included a few reference images showing the type of box construction and material quality we are looking for. The reference images are for appearance, material and construction reference only. Our CAD drawings and final production drawings will define the actual geometry and dimensions
