1. Pressure Gauge (PG-904)

2. Pressure Transmitter (PIT-905, PIT-907)
Quantity: 2 EA
Smart type pressure transmitter, direct mounting with 2 valve manifold assembly. Element type: diaphragm. Protection rating IP66. Integral LCD display. Blow-out protection is required. For detailed specifications, refer to datasheet P2512-INS-DST-0001-02 for Pressure Indicating Transmitter.
3. Control Valve (CV-905, CV-907)
Quantity: 2 EA
Electropneumatic type solenoid operated ball valve. End connection RF 300#. Full bore required. End connection is 6" (CV-905) & 4" (CV-907) as per datasheets. Limit switches required. For detailed specifications, refer to datasheet P2512-INS-DST-0001-03 for Control Valve.
4. Pressure Safety Valve (PSV-904)

Conventional type safety relief valve. Inlet connection 4" RF 300#. Outlet connection 6" RF 300#. Orifice designation is P type. For detailed specifications, refer to datasheet P2512-INS-DST-0001-04 for Safety Valve.

6.2 Software
Software configuration in control system as well as in HMI of the I/Os using I/O cards, i.e., 2 new pressure indicating transmitters (AI=2), 2 new control valve operating and feedback commands (DO=2, DI=4).
The CPU configuration and HMI display graphics shall follow the P&IDs and required functional specification.
