INSPECTION: While it is paid by the Seller at the Loading Port, it is paid by the Buyer at the Unloading Port.
15. CARRIER: The seller shall bear the cost of the chartered ship himself.
The gross capacity of the carrier will be 25.00MT.
For subsequent shipments, it will designate a main Carrier for each Cargo 60 days in advance.
5-day Delivery Window. Alternative Carriers are subject to SSCS
. LAYTIME Thirty-six hours of waiting period, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.
DEMURRAGE: Daily Demurrage rate will be based on CPA.
FAILURE TO SUPPLY: If the Seller is unable to supply a shipment, the Buyer has the right to purchase a replacement.
