1. Product Types & Requirements:
We are a packaging factory in Egypt (Value for Trading and Packaging). We need the tea to arrive fully processed, graded, and ready for direct packaging on our machines without requiring any further treatment.
We are looking for straight individual grades (not blends) for the following types:
CTC Grade (Granular/Pellet Tea): Specifically looking for BP1 grade for our packet products.
Teabag Grade (Fine/Fannings/Dust): Looking for PF and Dust grades for high-speed automatic teabag machines.
2. Commercial & Shipping Details:
Quantity: We will start with the Minimum Exportable Quantity (MOQ) available from the supplier (such as 1 FCL - 20ft container) to test the market first.
Prices should be quoted based on this volume.Incoterms / Price Offers: We require price quotations for both FOB (Indian main ports like Kolkata) and CIF Alexandria Port / Sokhna Port, Egypt.
Payment Terms: Open to TT or 100% Irrevocable L/C at sight.
Documentation: Suppliers must be able to provide all standard customs documents for Egypt (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Phytosanitary, Fumigation, and Certificate of Origin).
