We are sourcing cupstock rolls and related paperboard grades for hot cup manufacturing in Egypt. Suppliers of PE-coated cupstock, bottom stock rolls, uncoated folding boxboard (FBB), and specialty cup boards are invited to submit offers.
GRADE / TYPE : (1) Cupstock rolls for hot cups, PE on one side — normal and high-bulk grades; (2) Bottom stock rolls, PE on one side; (3) Uncoated board (FBB or similar), white or kraft, no PE, for outer wall of double-wall cups; (4) Price enquiry only — cupstock PE both sides (cold cups), glossy cup board
SIZE / SPEC : (1) Base weights 150–220 gsm in steps of 10 gsm; PE coating 15 g/m² and 18 g/m² (price both); (2) Bottom stock 150, 160, 170 gsm, narrow rolls; (3) Uncoated board approx. 250 gsm; (4) Cold-cup cupstock 190–230 gsm; glossy cup board approx. 205 gsm
STANDARD : Food-contact certified — FDA, EU, SGS or ISEGA; NFSA certificate required for Egyptian suppliers
QUANTITY : 20–30 Ton/Tons per month in year one, rising to approx. 50 Ton/Tons per month thereafter

REQUIREMENTS : For each grade please provide: (a) price per ton — for stock in Egypt in EGP delivered Cairo; for imports in USD FOB and CIF Ain Sokhna; (b) technical datasheet; (c) fibre composition and OBA disclosure; (d) food-contact certificates; (e) available formats, roll widths, core sizes; (f) minimum order quantity, lead time, and stock held in Egypt; (g) payment terms and price validity period. A4 sample sheets of each grade are welcome; a trial roll may be requested after machine selection.
