Specifications:
1: - Penetration grade bitumen 40/50: 5,000 MT
- Penetration grade bitumen 60/70: 5,000 MT
- Penetration grade bitumen 80/100: 5,000 MT

2. Other types and derivatives:
Please advise all types of bitumen and bitumen derivatives you can supply, with the available grades and monthly capacity for each, such as:
- Oxidized / Blown bitumen
- Cutback bitumen
- Bitumen emulsion
- Polymer Modified Bitumen (PMB)
- Any other derivatives you produce

3. Packing:
- What packing options do you offer for each grade?
- For drums: what is the net and gross weight per drum, and how many drums can be loaded per container?
- Do you offer packing in Jumbo Bags? If so, what is the weight per bag, and how many bags can be loaded per container?
- Is bulk supply available?

4. Shipment to the United Arab Emirates:
- Available shipping methods: containers, bulk vessel, or land transport
- Your loading port or export point
- Can you quote CIF to a UAE port, or FOB only?
- Expected transit time

5. Payment:
- Your accepted payment methods: L/C, TT, or other
- Advance payment percentage and timing of the balance payment
- Payment currency

6. Specifications and documents:
- Technical Data Sheet (TDS) for each grade, and the standard you comply with
- A recent sample Certificate of Analysis (COA)
- Do you hold a valid export license? Which documents do you provide with each shipment?

7. Lead time:
- Lead time for each quantity from order confirmation
- Validity of your quotation
