Buying procedure:
1. Buyer issues ICPO after reviewing and accepting the Seller's FCO.

2. Seller issues Commercial Invoice (CI). Buyer signs and returns the CI and, optionally, an initial NCNDA/IMFPA

draft can be exchanged (signing can be deferred until payment stage).

3. Both parties sign the Dip Test Authorization (DTA). This confirms that the Buyer is ready to proceed with the

inspection step.

4. Seller provides preliminary documents:

- Certificate of Origin

- Fresh SGS Report (dated within 48-72h)

- Tank Storage Receipt

- Product Passport

- Injection Report

- Authorization to Sell & Collect (ATSC)

5. Buyer conducts or arranges the Dip Test at Buyers cost (if applicable). No product moves without successful

test confirmation.

6. Upon successful Dip Test result, Buyer provides full tank details and issues 100% payment via MT103/TT.

7. Seller transfers Title of Ownership and full POP package, and authorizes injection into the Buyers designated

tank.

8. Seller pays all commissions to intermediaries on Sellers side within 24 hours of receipt of payment, based on

signed IMFPA/NCNDA.
