Requirement: REQUIREMENT: COPPER MILLBERRY SCRAP
Trial Quantity: 100 MT
Monthly Quantity: 500 MT
Contract Period: 12 Months
Selling Price to buyer: USD10.000 per Metric Ton (MT) incl. my group's commission of $2,300 to be paid in full to MY GROUP AFTER BUYER'S PAYMENT TO SELLER.
Payment Terms: Payment through LC, subject to mutually agreed banking terms and conditions.
OTHER INSTRUCTIONS – BUYER'S DUE DILIGENCE REQUIREMENTS
Before proceeding further with the proposed 100 MT trial shipment, we request the following documents and confirmations for our due diligence:
1. Live Video Call: Arrange a live video call showing the actual Copper Millberry Scrap stock and warehouse.
2. Warehouse Details: Provide the complete warehouse address, country of storage, and confirmation of the available quantity.
3. Proof of Ownership: Provide proof of stock ownership or valid authorization to sell the material.
4. Company Documents: Provide valid Importer Exporter Code (IEC) and GST registration documents, where applicable.
5. Independent Inspection: Confirm that an independent SGS/CCIC inspection is permitted before shipment.
6. LC Beneficiary Verification: Confirm the LC beneficiary's full legal name and provide bank details demonstrating that the beneficiary and account ownership are consistent with the contract.
7. 2% Performance Bond: Provide written details of the proposed 2% Performance Bond, including the issuing bank, applicable terms, conditions, and issuance procedure.
Next Steps: We will review the above information and supporting documents before proceeding with the ICPO and banking arrangements. The trial shipment and subsequent monthly supplies will proceed subject to satisfactory verification, mutually agreed contractual terms, and completion of the required banking procedures.
