Bonded Warehouse Option: If The Buyer Prefers To Inspect The Copper Before Opening The LC/DLC, The Transaction May Be Structured Through A Bonded Warehouse, Subject To Seller And Warehouse Acceptance. The Buyer Or Authorized Representative May Inspect The Goods At The Bonded Warehouse. Following Successful Inspection And Verification Of The Goods, The Buyer Will Open The Agreed LC/DLC, And The Goods Will Be Released/Transferred To The Buyer's Designated Warehouse According To The Agreed Procedure. Bonded Warehouse Availability, Location, Storage Costs, Inspection Procedure And Payment Structure Are Subject To Seller Confirmation.
Transaction Procedure: LOI, FCO, SPA, PI, Product Video / Past Performance SGS Report, DLC/LC, Shipment / Release. Product Video Can Be Provided After SPA And PI, Showing The Product With The Buyer's Company Name And Current Date, Before The DLC Is Opened. Previous SGS Reports / Past-Performance Documentation May Be Provided Upon Request, Subject To Confidentiality And Availability And Where Permitted By The Seller. Payment Instrument: Non-Transferable DLC/LC, With Payment According To The Agreed Transaction Terms. Payment Destination: Buyer's Nominated Port / Agreed Delivery Point, Depending On The Selected Transaction Structure.
Inspection: After The DLC Is In Place, The Buyer Or Authorized Representative May Visit The Port Of Dar Es Salaam To Inspect And Verify The Goods With SGS, Subject To The Seller's Confirmation And Port/Warehouse Access Procedures.
Transaction Track Record: Upon Request, Documentation Related To Previous Successful Copper Transactions May Be Provided, Subject To Confidentiality, Availability And Seller Approval.
