Please quote for the following wholesale product requirement -

Product : Used Cooking Oil

Specifications:
1. Delivery terms
- FOB at the supplier's port of loading (please state the port), or
- CIF Rotterdam, Netherlands
Quantity: 1 x FCL to start (please state net weight per container and packing: flexitank, IBC or drums), with potential for regular monthly volumes after a successful first shipment.

2. Quality specifications
Please ask suppliers to confirm their typical specification, as a minimum:
- Free Fatty Acids (FFA): max. 5 %
- Moisture & Impurities (MIU): max. 2 %
- Moisture/water content: max. 1 %
- Iodine value, sulphur content and density
- Origin of the oil (restaurants, food industry, households) and country of collection
A recent laboratory analysis (not older than 3 months) and a pre-shipment sample must be provided.

3. Certification
- Valid ISCC EU certificate (certificate number and certification body), which we will verify directly on the ISCC website
- Proof of Sustainability (PoS) for each shipment
- Confirmation that the supplier is able to record transactions in the EU Union Database (UDB)
- Export permit / any required export licence from the country of origin

4. Company verification
Before any contract we require from each supplier:
- Company registration certificate and tax/VAT number
- Full company address, website and landline telephone number
- Name and position of the responsible contact person
- At least two verifiable trade references (buyers of UCO in the EU)
- A video call with the supplier, including a live view of the collection/storage facility

5. Inspection and payment terms
- Independent inspection at loading (SGS, Intertek, Bureau Veritas or equivalent) covering quality and quantity, with report issued before payment
- Payment preferably by irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight, issued by a first-class bank, against full shipping documents (original B/L, inspection certificate, commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, PoS)
- We do not make any advance payments, pro-forma deposits or fees to third parties. TT payments are only possible after inspection and against verified shipping documents.
- Bill of Lading and container number must be verifiable directly with the shipping line.

2. Monthly Procurement Volume

The above volume applies to one selected UCO category, not both combined. Our selection will depend on product quality, competitive pricing, and sustainable supply capacity.

For each prospective supplier, kindly provide:

Competitive selling price per liter and/or metric ton, preferably on an ex-warehouse or Philippine domestic delivery basis
Product specifications, including Free Fatty Acid (FFA), moisture, and impurities content
Certificate of Analysis (COA), if available
Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS/SDS), if available
ISCC EU or ISCC PLUS certification status, including validity and scope
Availability of 1–2 liter representative samples for quality evaluation
Minimum order quantity, payment terms, lead times, and logistics arrangements
4. Preferred Supplier Locations

We are particularly interested in suppliers and consolidators operating in Bulacan, Pampanga, Cavite, Batangas, and other areas within Luzon capable of supporting our required volumes.

5. Commercial Arrangements

As we are evaluating several potential sourcing partners, kindly clarify:

Whether you can introduce us directly to verified Philippine UCO suppliers
Whether preliminary supplier profiles and quotations can be provided without a paid membership or upfront fees
Whether your platform charges any brokerage, introduction, or transaction fees
Please note that our immediate requirement is to source UCO within the Philippines, rather than import UCO into the country.
