1) Tantalum ore certificate of the exporter, indicating the content of tantalum, niobium and other impurities;
2) Tantalum ore packing list of the exporter;
3) CAC certificate of the exporter;
4)NEPC certificate of the exporter;
5) MMSD batch export license of the exporter;
6)NACCIMA certificate of origin;
7) ML mining license or small-scale mining license or mineral buying center ore trading license of the exporter;
7) BL bill of lading or AWB air waybill;
All documents must be relevant for RMI review.
