Substrate: Brown Kraft
Grammage: 60 gsm base specification. Please also obtain pricing at 80, 100 and 120 gsm.
Printing: 2 colours — solid navy flood coverage on both face panels, plus a green recycling mark on one gusset panel. A 3-colour option adding opaque white is also to be quoted.
Handle: twisted paper handle with reinforcement patch on the three main sizes; one size without handle.
Bottom: SOS square bottom.
Sizes, stated as Length x Width x Gusset, with flat blank dimensions:
A. 25 x 23 x 10 cm — flat blank 69 x 32 cm — twisted handle
B. 31 x 26 x 10 cm — flat blank 75 x 38 cm — twisted handle
C. 37 x 33 x 17 cm — flat blank 103 x 48 cm — twisted handle
D. 26 x 15 x 8 cm — flat blank 48.5 x 32 cm — no handle (optional line item)
Quantity : 18,000,000 pieces per annum, called off monthly at 1,500,000 pieces.

PAYMENT TERMS
30% advance. Suppliers to state the balance terms they can accept. Both 30% advance against 70% on scanned bill of lading, and an irrevocable letter of credit at sight confirmed through a UAE bank, will be considered.
PACKING TERMS
Standard export cartons. Supplier to state pieces per carton, carton external dimensions, cartons per 40' high cube, and total CBM and gross weight per 1,000 pieces. This data is required — landed cost cannot be evaluated without it.
This is a recurring annual supply programme, not a one-off order, so capacity matters as much as price. Please circulate only to suppliers who can confirm:
1. They are the manufacturer, or will name the producing factory.
2. Sustained capacity of 1,500,000 pieces per month for this mix.
3. Machine blank width of at least 1,030 mm, required for size C.
4. Ability to print solid flood coverage on kraft — stating whether inline on the bag machine or pre-printed reel.
5. The minimum grammage at which they will warrant the twisted handle for each size.
Indian suppliers: please confirm ability to issue a Proof of Origin under the India–UAE CEPA.
