We are sourcing materials for an initial production of 100 collapsible commercial fishing traps for repeated seawater use.

SPRING RECOVERY IS ESSENTIAL.
It must have good elastic resilience.
Finished frame: Ø800 mm OD × 250 mm pitch × approximately 1,600 mm open length. The trap will be compressed to approximately 80 mm for transportation and must recover toward its original shape when released.
Finished frame: outer diameter Ø800 mm × pitch 250 mm × unfolded length approximately 1,600 mm. The fishing cage will be compressed to approximately 80 mm during transport and must be able to return to near its original shape after being unrestrained.

Please quote approximately 750 kg, preferably supplied in securely restrained 25–50 kg coils. Do NOT supply as one 700–750 kg coil.

1 unit – Heavy-duty bench/mechanical/portable hydraulic crimping tool with matching dies
1 unit – Heavy-duty benchtop/mechanical/portable hydraulic crimping tool and matching mold
1 unit – Braked wire pay-off/decoiling stand suitable for supplied coils
1 unit – Braked unwinding/rewinding rack for the supplied spools.

32 m of 6.0 mm ASTM A313 Type 316 spring wire + 10 m of 3.0 mm soft wire + 20 crimp sleeves + 5 hinge sleeves.
32 meters of 6.0 mm ASTM A313 316 spring wire + 10 meters of 3.0 mm soft steel wire + 20 crimp sleeves + 5 hinge sleeves.
Supplier must provide MTC, actual tensile strength, diameter tolerance, surface finish, coil dimensions, kg/m, EXW price, MOQ and lead time.
Suppliers must provide MTC material certificate, actual tensile strength, diameter tolerance, surface condition, coil size, kg/m, EXW price, MOQ and delivery date.
NO SS304 AND NO SOFT/ANNEALED WIRE FOR THE 6 MM MAIN FRAME.
SS304 must not be used for the 6 mm main frame, nor can soft/annealed steel wire be used as a substitute.
Please quote EXW. Prototype testing will be completed before bulk production.
Please provide an EXW (Ex-Works) quote. We will conduct prototype testing before mass production.
