Terms : Exporter and manufacturer /producer have to China customs number of GACC and AQSIQ, and have to show past performance to export to China, and before SPA signature need to demonstrate the product.

Payment shall be made at the port of loading after the SGS inspection has been completed and the financial instrument has been received. Upon receipt of the instrument, the Seller shall issue a 2% Performance Bond (PB). Ownership of the goods shall be transferred, and the full set of shipping documents submitted to the Buyer's bank for the release of payment via MT103.
