The Al ingot with specification of Al 99.85 (ie, with purity 99.85 %) in the standard GB/T1196-93 fol unalloyed Aluminum ingots for remelting should be used.
The chemical composition of the unalloyed Aluminum ingots for remelting should accord with the table below:
Appearance: Should be silvery white, smooth & clear surface without gas holes and having no sharp edges.
Analysis Certificate: Provide the complete chemical analysis certificate from the manufacturer.
Packaging: Ingot bundles should be tightened and packed properly with steel strips.
Bundle: Weight of each bundle should be ~1.0 Ton.
Ingot Size: Ingot size 20 +/- 2 Kg or 10 +/-2 Kg whichever is available.'
