Performance Bond:- 2% From The Seller
1) Buyer Sends Icpo To Seller On Receipt Of Sco.
Seller To Issue Mandate Letter Authorisation, Company Registration & Valid Id With Sco. Buyer To Issue Company Registration Certificate Data Page Of Valid Id Along With Icpo.
2) Seller Issues Commercial Invoice To Buyer Along With Ppop Documents. Buyer Signs And Returns To Seller Along With Tsa.
3) Seller Provides Buyer With The Below Listed Documents:-
A) Statement Of Product Availability.
B) Certificate Of Origin
C) Export Licence.
D) Irrevocable Commitment Letter To Supply.
E) Authorisation To Verify ( Atv).
F) Seller Tank Farm Contact,barcode & Location Coordinates.
G) Product Passport (product Analysis Report) .
H) Seller Provides Fresh Sgs Report To Buyer’s Tank Farm For Verification Of Product In Their Tank.
I) Seller Provides Authorisation To Sell & Collect (atsc) Documents.
J) Icc Warning Letter To Be Endorsed By All The Parties Involved.
4) Upon Confirmation Of Sgs Report By Buyer’s Tank Farm, Seller Extends 6 Days Time For The Injection Of The Cargo Into Buyer’s Tanks.
5) Seller Proceeds With Injection & Provides The Following Documents:
A) Three Days(3) Unconditional Dip Test Authorisation (dta).
B) Authorisation For Physical Verification Of Product (atv).
C) Injection Report Of Shore Tank.
D) Title Transfer Certificate.
E) Passport Code Certificate For Energy Distribution Transaction (atpcc).
F) Inspection & Quarantine Analysis Test Report (ciq).
G) Dip Test Authorisation (dta).
6) Ncnda /imfpa Will Be Signed By Seller And Buyer. Seller & Buyer Agree That Seller Will Be Paymaster For Seller’s And Buyer’s Intermediaries As Per Imfpa.
7) Seller Issues Unconditional Dta To Buyer & The Buyer’s Sgs Team Dips & Confirm The Q&q Report To Both Parties.
8) Within 24 Hrs After A Successful Dip Test In Seller's Tank, The Injection Commences & Seller Provides The Buyer With The Injection Report Of The Product Into Buyer’s Tanks & Issues Title Of Ownership Certificate.
9) The Buyer Makes The Payment For The Total Cargo Via Tt Wire Mt 103 Against Product Title, Bank To Bank. Seller Sends Spa For 12 Months Contract
