The Quantity Is 20,000 Tons Per Month For 12 Consecutive Months, Totaling
240,000 Tons (5,000 Metric Tons Can Be Executed For Test Orders Or Not).
1. The Buyer Sends The ICPO
2. The Seller Sends The FCO
3.. The seller sends the SPA
4. The Buyer Confirms The SPA And Signs And Stamps It
5. Check The Draft Letter Of Credit. After The Draft Letter Of Credit Is
Qualified,
6. The Seller Sends 2% PB
7. After The Buyer Receives 2% of the PB2, The Buyer Will Send The Seller A
DLC With A Validity Period Of 365 Days Plus 1 Day And A One-month Amount
8. After Receiving The DLC, tHe Seller Shall Start To Send The Goods At The
Time Stipulated In The Contract
9. Each Time The Goods Arrive At The Chinese Port, Within 7 Days After
inspection, 100% TT Of The Payment For One Month's Amount Of MT103 Shall Be
Made.
10. The Transaction Price For This Transaction Is Required To Be 20%
Discounted At The London Stock Exchange
Payment Terms:
Non Transferable, Non Operative DLC MT 700, becoming operative on receipt of 2% Performance Bond from seller’s bank. Payment release by MT 103 / TT to seller’s account (Not fiduciary account) after positive SGS at discharge port.
