The box should be a white rigid magnetic closure box with a continuous hinged lid, with custom printing on the outside and inside of the lid. Inside, we require a dark charcoal, premium fine-cell foam insert with custom cutouts for an A5 operator manual, a small metal accessory box and a thank-you card. We are looking for a very clean and high-quality foam finish rather than coarse protective packaging foam. Fine-cell XLPE/IXPE or high-quality EVA may be suitable, and we would be interested in seeing samples of the materials you recommend. The packaging also has a second compartment underneath the upper insert for A4 documentation. The upper foam layer should therefore be removable using a pull tab. Beneath it is a structural separator and a second foam layer containing the A4 document compartment. We also have proper CAD drawings with exact dimensions and cutout geometry, so the concept image should only be considered a visual reference for the design and overall appearance. 4.Development assistance. This is primarily about the inside of the box, where the product must not be damaged during transport. For larger trees, we primarily deal with movement in the longitudinal direction. In inside box shouldnt be use material which can damage stones. We were thinking about memory foam but its up to you.
