The buyer would like to receive quotations for -

Specifications:
COMMODITY: Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG)
1. Contract Length: Five(5) years (60 Months)
2. Quantity: 100,000 MT Trial, Monthly 100,000 MT x 59 months with R & E.
3. Original: Abu Dhabi, Qatar of Middle East, Besides Iran and Russia
4. Specifications: Specification for LNG Export Standard of Qatar Country in the Middle East (Detailed attachment)
5. Destination: Main Port of China (TBD)
6. Delivery: CIF China, ASWP
7. Price is negotiated every 3 months from the first trial delivery completed.
8. Payment Terms: DLC MT700
Note: The guarantee amount is based on one month's face value of the delivery volume.
9. Performance Bond: 2% Performance Bond (PB)
10. Shipping Period: To be mutually agreed
11. Inspection: Quality, Quantity, Weight and Photos Inspection by SGS at the Seller’s expenses in the port of loading, and CIQ at the Buyer’s expenses at the port of discharging.
Quantity Required: Upon the first 100,000 MT trial completed to delivery, Buyer will add a big order, the quantity will be between 600,000 MT and 1,000,000 MT, and the period with 60 months, Seller/refinery and Buyer have to re-negotiate the price again

There will be NO ADVANCE PAYMENT by the Buyer. The procedure is really simple (E.g. Cash and Carry) (1) Buyer issues ICPO
(2) Seller issues SPA
(3) Buyer signs SPA
(4) Seller issues PPOP and agrees with the Buyer to board the vessel in / near China waters
(5) Buyer boards the vessel and conducts testing of product and verification of documents
(6) Ownership of documents get changed to Buyer
(7) Vessel is directed to port
