2. Jet A1 FOB Rotterdam 2,000,000BBL Tank to Vessel

Working Procedures Tank To Vessel
1. Buyer sends Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO) on receipt of SELLER’S Soft
Corporate Offer.

2. Seller Issues Commercial Invoice For Available Quantity In The Storage Tank To Buyer, And
Buyer Signs And Returns To Seller.

3. After receipt of the signed Commercial Invoice from Buyer, Then, Seller Issues The
Following Documents To Buyer:
a. Export License.
b. Certificate of Origin.
c. Authorization to Verify (ATV).
d. Statement of Availability of Product.

4. Upon Confirmation of Product, Seller issues Tank Terminal Entry Permit of Seller
Tank Farm in order Buyer to gain access to Tank Terminal for Inspection of Product and to conduct DIP Test.

5. Seller issues the documents listed below
before BUYER proceeds with DIP TEST and immediately injects the product into Vessel.
a. Fresh SGS Report in Buyer’s Name.
b. Product Passport.
c. Injection Report.
d. Tank Storage Receipt (TSR).
e. Authorization to Sell and Collet (ATSC).
f. Unconditional DIP TEST Authorization Letter (DTA).

6. Upon successful DIP TEST in Selelr’s Tanks, BUYER makes payment for the total cost of
product via MT103 / TT Wire Transfer and Seller issues to Buyer the Title Ownership of the
product and all exporting document of the product and Buyer lifts the product into Vessel.

7. The seller may grant up to a 3 day tank storage extension to the buyer upon request after full payment.
