Our business activities are international, and we facilitate transactions for buyers in various countries worldwide. However, we do not serve the German domestic market,+* so offers specifically targeting Germany are not required.*+
To ensure that we receive only relevant and commercially viable offers, I would appreciate it if you could communicate the following requirements clearly when approaching potential suppliers or publishing requests on your platform.
1. Delivery Conditions
Our preferred delivery term is CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight) to Any Safe World Port (ASWP), subject to the agreed destination and the seller’s delivery capabilities.
2. Payment Conditions
We work exclusively with established international banking instruments:
* Documentary Letters of Credit (LC/DLC)
* Standby Letters of Credit (SBLC)
* Bank Guarantees (BG), only in exceptional cases and subject to prior agreement
+*Advance payments, deposits, upfront fees or any other payment requirements outside these arrangements are strictly excluded.*+
Offers containing such conditions will not be considered.
3. Supplier Qualifications
We are interested in dealing with genuine producers, established trading companies and duly authorized seller representatives.
Suppliers must be able to demonstrate their legal authority to sell the offered commodities and provide verifiable information regarding product availability, specifications, origin and delivery capabilities.
Note: *We are not interested in speculative offers or unnecessarily long chains of intermediaries without direct access to the actual seller.*
4. Commercial Offers
To allow an efficient preliminary evaluation, supplier offers should preferably include:
* Product specifications and country of origin
* Available quantities and minimum order quantities
* Indicative CIF prices and applicable destinations
* Delivery schedules
* Proposed transaction procedures and accepted banking instruments
Our objective is not to collect large numbers of offers, but to identify a limited number of credible suppliers with whom sustainable and mutually beneficial business relationships can be established.
