I am seeking a formal offer for your Granular Urea 46N on the following basis:
Product: Urea 46%N min, agricultural grade, granular, per your published Granular Urea 46N specification or GOST 2081-92 Mark "B" equivalent: Total Nitrogen 46.0% min; Amide Nitrogen 46.0% min; Moisture 0.5% max; Biuret 1.0% max (up to 1.5% negotiable); pH (10% solution) 8.0–9.5; granulation 1.3–3.2 mm (90% min within 1–4 mm); bulk density 0.70–0.80 g/cm³; free ammonia 160 ppm max; white, free-flowing, free from harmful substances, non-radioactive.
Quantity: 25,000–30,000 MT total, ±5% at seller's option. Delivery in one or multiple lots (2–3 shipments) is acceptable — please advise whether a bulk vessel export of this size is workable from your operations.
Packing: 50 kg PP/PE bags, suitable for sea transport and double handling.
Delivery: CIF Sohar Port, Sultanate of Oman, Incoterms 2020. Please state realistic loading window per lot.
Payment: Irrevocable documentary letter of credit at sight, issued/confirmed by a first-class international bank, payable against clean on-board shipping documents and quality/quantity certificate. Instrument details to be finalized upon contract.
Inspection: Pre-shipment quality and quantity inspection by SGS, Bureau Veritas, or Intertek at load port, at buyer's cost, is a condition of the purchase.
With your offer, kindly provide: (1) corporate details of the contracting entity; (2) certificate of analysis for a recent lot; (3) draft contract terms including demurrage/laytime for bagged cargo; (4) validity period of the offer.
